Welcome to William B's Steakhouse

“ We kind of stumbled across this steakhouse at the Sun Coast Casino in Summerlin and drove from the strip. We really didn't have the time to go back to our hotel and change clothes for a more appropriate fine dining restaurant. We were looking for a steakhouse that served Chateaubriand. Called the restaurant and asked about dress code and they said to just come on in. It is a fine dining steakhouse with excellent food, service, ambiance and price. Roger, our server was fantastic, the Manager Bobby took the time to chat with us and we had a great time. My daughter and I had the full course. They started with a sampler cocktail to start. We both also had cocktail and wine. For appetizer - Oyster Rockefeller, Crab Cakes and Oyster on the half shell. Table side bread service with a selection to choose from, a great touch. Entree, we ordered the Chateaubriand - rare with 3 sauces (classic bernaise and chimichurri was our faves) and asparagus. Cooked to perfection. Thought we didn't have room for dessert but they had a Passion Fruit Creme Brulee. Couldn't pass that up. Definitely worth the short 20-minute drive from the strip. Will definitely be back again in the future for Happy Hour and recommend to our friends and family. ”

“ William B’s is a classic modern steakhouse located in the neighborhood Suncoast Casino. I dined at the bar and took in some basketball on the big screen while talking to the friendly bar staff and locals seated next to me. I had the 16oz ribeye with sides of asparagus and sweet potatoes for my main. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sweet potatoes were a delicious thanksgiving-like addition. For dessert I had the sticky toffee pudding which was excellent. This will be my new neighborhood hangout! ”

“ A new upscale restaurant in Suncoast Hotel and Casino. The food and atmosphere feels as if you plucked a steak house from a new hotel and the strip and put it here. The service was excellent and the bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food and wine selection was perfect. They have a $40 sea food tower from 4pm-5pm that is the best in town. They also have a private dining room that can host guests up to 14 with an 85 inch television. ”

“ Went for my mom's 82nd birthday . The absolute best time ever. Roger was our waiter and took exceptional care of us . Explained the specials and took care of our drink orders . Everything was delicious. Calamari, ribeye, and rack of lamb . Yum I highly recommend making a reservation, and ask for Roger , he's the best ”

“ As a Downtown Summerlin local, this has quickly become our go-to steakhouse. The décor and staff were fantastic, with attention to detail that really stood out. We especially appreciated the way seating was spread across different sections instead of packing everyone together—it made the experience feel more personal. Pricing is in line with typical Vegas steakhouses. A couple of side dishes could have used more seasoning—the macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach looked great but came up short on flavor. On the flip side, dessert and coffee were excellent, both in quality and value, which ended the meal on a high note. Their wine pricing is vast and very fair priced. ”

“ Nice atmosphere and easy to get in without a reservation although the 9pm closing time is a little dated for Vegas and should be pushed back to 10pm on weekdays. We tried the Wagyu Wednesday special which looked like a great deal however I'm sure if it was our cut in particular but it seemed to lack flavor especially for a cut of Wagyu. We also order the lamb and it was tender, moist and delectable. The sides of potatoes and mushrooms were amazing as well as the creme brulee. Service was great with friendly staff despite our part staying well past close. ”
